As a Cake Decorator & Traveling Trainer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and developing strategies for our clients. This role requires expertise in cake decorating, baking, and excellent communication skills for an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on cake decorating techniques and baking procedures to in-store bakery personnel.
• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies for our product portfolio.
• Develop innovative ideas and programs for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch service for clients.
• Adapt to dynamic environments and follow recipes based on customer specifications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience, preferably in a grocery store bakery.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs manually, and use kitchen equipment.
• Must be located in Massachusetts or a neighboring state.
