Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join Teleperformance USA at our on-site location in Columbia, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers via various channels to resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns.
- Resolve issues and de-escalate situations in a calm manner.
- Escalate complex matters as needed.
- Assist with payment processing and handle customer requests.
- Document call details for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Provide insights and feedback on call interactions.
- Upsell products or services when opportunities arise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- IT/Network certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center environment.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to remain composed and objective.
- Strong listening skills.
