Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Banking Specialist to join Teleperformance USA at our on-site location in Columbia, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers via various channels to resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns.
  • Resolve issues and de-escalate situations in a calm manner.
  • Escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Assist with payment processing and handle customer requests.
  • Document call details for reporting and auditing purposes.
  • Provide insights and feedback on call interactions.
  • Upsell products or services when opportunities arise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • IT/Network certifications or degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center environment.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to remain composed and objective.
  • Strong listening skills.
