• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and help them achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of participants under your care.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
