Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver at Sunrise, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create a supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and their families
• Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
• Maintain residents' safety and well-being
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards
• Promote a welcoming and hospitable dining experience

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High School diploma/GED
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
