Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This is a full-time position, including overnight shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with seniors and their families, offering support with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being and safety.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and contribute to their quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with the community team to maintain safety and hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Dedication to serving seniors and providing excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
