Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily activities, individual care needs, and enriching experiences for residents.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and adhere to safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional dining service following Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
