Responsibilities

• Support and assist individuals in personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Develop and foster meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Help participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide support and encouragement for participants to be active members of the community.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, multitasking, adaptability, teamwork, time management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
