Sevita, a part of the D&S Community Services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals in Odessa, Texas. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives, fostering their growth, and providing essential support.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to individuals in daily activities, including personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage participants' involvement in the community and their favorite activities.
• Assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Ensure participant safety and well-being at all times.
