Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents, attending to their care needs and preferences.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and adherence to care standards.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance and promote safety.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
