Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living

At Sunrise Senior Living, our Caregivers, known as Care Managers, play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. They provide personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Maintain the well-being and safety of residents throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance with community standards.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED with relevant certifications where required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
