Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with seniors and their families
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community policies
- Support residents during dining and life enriching activities
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a team environment
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
