Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. If you are passionate about serving seniors, building meaningful relationships, and creating a supportive community, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and comfort.
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
