Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, recommending appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellence and compassion.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
