Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Notify management of any changes in resident condition and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED required; certifications may be necessary based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
