Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your duties will include building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist residents with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of any changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and risk management policies.
• Respond to residents' dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications if required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
