Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide the highest quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure their well-being and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and care to residents based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents while promoting social engagement and life enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Demonstrate respect, compassion, and empathy in all interactions with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
