Caregiver Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join Sunrise Senior Living, a place where quality care meets a welcoming environment that feels like home. The Lead Care Manager will supervise a group of Care Managers during shifts, ensuring top-notch care is delivered in alignment with residents' individual Service Plans and Sunrise policies. This role entails variable hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to Care Managers in daily activities and care services.
• Support team members in delivering personalized resident care and encouraging participation in enrichment activities.
• Assist with meal service and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided to residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required, certifications as per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• Previous experience with seniors and leadership competencies.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new applications.
