Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/HHA to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Join us in brightening the lives of seniors and their families!

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
• Deliver dining services with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
