Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Main and Lindsay in Mesa, AZ. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Sale (POS) tasks and process payments.
- Solicit cash donations from customers.
- Determine prices of goods and assist in closing procedures.
- Maintain attendance, greet and assist customers, and uphold sales floor standards.
- Stock merchandise, make announcements, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Embody Goodwill Core Values - Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and math skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
