Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Cashier to join our team at McDowell Store (Power & McDowell). As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining the high standards of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). You will be responsible for operating registers, interacting with customers, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Point of Sale transactions and handle various payment methods.
- Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
- Pricing and stocking merchandise following established guidelines.
- Close register and perform end-of-day procedures as required.
- Greet customers, maintain a tidy store environment, and adhere to safety standards.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and pass background checks.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
