Job Description

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. This position involves servicing managed apartment homes in the Harrisburg area. Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
• Conducting light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Working cell phone.
• Prior experience in residential or multifamily housing (preferred).
• Basic hand tools.
• Availability for rotating on-call duties.
• High school diploma/GED.
