Job Description
VitalCore Health Strategies is currently seeking a dedicated Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional (CMHC, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team at Weber County Correctional Facility in Ogden, Utah. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide essential mental health services in a correctional environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer assessments and provide mental health treatment.
- Lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Complete evaluations, crisis stabilization, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Master's level clinician with a valid CMHC, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
- Ability to make independent clinical decisions and prioritize treatment needs.
