Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (CNA) to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents and their families, ensuring their well-being and happiness.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent dining and hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
