Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Anderson Insurance Associates, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join our team. As a key member of the commercial lines department, you will play a vital role in servicing and expanding our commercial accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Secure and submit renewal underwriting information
• Renew, remarket, and rewrite accounts
• Quote, propose new business, and handle customer changes
• Process Certificates of Insurance and handle claims information
• Advise clients on coverage, options, and issue resolutions
• Document all account activities and communications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance with underwriting background
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems
• Knowledge of Applied Epic or similar software is a plus
• High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Additional insurance designations (CIC, CISR) are advantageous
