Job Description

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of real estate projects, is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee property operations and ensure tenant satisfaction. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining property standards, fostering a sense of community, and achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property and collaborate with regional managers to meet property goals.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee property inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Address resident complaints promptly, manage rent collection, and prepare property performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Real estate license (or ability to obtain one within 120 days).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
