Community Relations Director

Job Description

Quail Park, a leading memory care community in West Seattle, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Community Relations Director to oversee all sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead initiatives to promote Quail Park's exceptional memory care services to the community and prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance community reputation and achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic reports.
• Organize and execute community outreach programs and events.
• Manage community media advertising and marketing collateral.
• Achieve or exceed census goals and maintain growth in lease-up communities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, and networking contacts.
• Provide training on customer service and marketing skills to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Prior marketing experience in a senior housing setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and sales & marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
