Responsibilities

  • Manage customers' accounts, ensuring timely payments and lease agreement renewals.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Achieve revenue and renewal goals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with merchandise returns, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 21 years old in the U.S. with a valid driver's license; 18 years old in Canada
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and 300 lbs. with assistance
  • 2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
