Customer Business Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Customer Business Team Lead to join our team at CROSSMARK. As the lead, you will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the retail industry, competitor landscapes, and marketplace dynamics. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with retailers, driving sales growth, exploring revenue opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team, fostering a positive work environment, and effectively communicating with clients and customers to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of retailer P&L items, such as revenue and payroll.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members on business and ethical matters.
• Manage relationships with retailers and evaluate team performance.
• Develop strong client and customer relationships within a designated region.
• Create and present strategic client plans for brand promotion and activation.
• Execute tailored strategic plans for clients' brands across various metrics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 10 years of experience in CPG industry.
• Strong sales experience with knowledge of PC applications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and deliver results.

Additional Information

This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the US for meetings as needed. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingual skills may be beneficial.
