As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and providing professional and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls effectively.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

• Must live within 50 miles of Chavies, KY.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass a background check.
