Job Description

Foundever is seeking a Customer Services Specialist for inbound calls, excluding outbound calls. As part of our team, you will handle service inquiries, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and utilize multiple systems for efficient support delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls.

  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • Must live within 50 miles of the site.
  • Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
