Job Description

Lesley University is seeking a Database Administrator for Advancement Services to join our team. This position is crucial to our department, responsible for managing, planning, and providing technical expertise for the Raiser's Edge Fund Raising service. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to ensure data integrity in Advancement databases, enhance efficiency through automated reporting solutions, and oversee various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Raiser's Edge Fund Raising service.
  • Establish consistent processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Implement automated reporting solutions for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with university users for constituent information.
  • Oversee event registrations and operational budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification related to Raiser’s Edge database management.
  • 5 years of experience with fundraising software, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data querying tools and Excel.
  • Experience with Omatic’s tools and Blackbaud products like Raiser’s Edge.
  • Commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.
