Job Description: Dietary Manager at Barclay at Southpark

We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Manager to join Liberty Healthcare Management at Barclay at Southpark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, ensuring high-quality food service for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, train, orientate, evaluate, and provide direction to staff.
• Develop and maintain staffing and scheduling systems.
• Organize events, plan menus, order food, and ensure high-quality food presentation.
• Oversee compliance with dietary regulations and standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Resolve resident complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certificate.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a culinary food service operation.
• Knowledge of state and federal health inspection requirements.
