Job Description: Dining Services Supervisor
Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place is looking for a passionate Dining Services Supervisor to join our team. As the Dining Services Director, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and productivity within the Dining Services Department. Responsibilities:
- Plan, promote, and supervise a food service program that exceeds quality standards.
- Monitor resident preferences and adjust services accordingly.
- Ensure kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures are upheld.
- Coordinate with other personnel for special functions and resident needs.
- Order food, supplies, and equipment within budget constraints.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise dining staff.
- Follow health, safety, and infection control practices.
Requirements:
- Serve Safe Certification if required by state regulations.
- Experience or willingness to work with the elderly.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and attend required monthly in-services.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
- Background check required for employment.
