Job Description

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Lead to join our mission-driven team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required for transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
