Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven and growth-oriented Director of Customer Development to join our team at CROSSMARK. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the retail landscape, be a key liaison between CROSSMARK and retailer leadership, and drive revenue-generating opportunities. With a focus on growth and innovation, the Director of Customer Development will lead with professionalism while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all retailer P&L controllable items, including revenue, payroll, and T&E.
- Provide leadership on employee, business, and ethical matters, fostering positive team dynamics and growth.
- Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients at a rate exceeding the retailer's own growth.
- Effectively manage business relations with the retailer and seek opportunities for additional revenue streams.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Retailer ISE/Fairshare programs to drive financial success for the team.
- Evaluate Customer Managers' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Implement client plans to maximize value and disseminate customer insights across relevant CROSSMARK roles.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for selling additional client products and CROSSMARK services.
