Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Contracts and Grants to join Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA. As a key member of the financial team, you will oversee all pre and post contract award administration activities, manage contract life-cycles, and ensure compliance with regulations and financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract bids, negotiations, and proposals.
- Manage contract life-cycles for MOUs and sub-contracts.
- Oversee financial reporting to funders and ensure proper fund allocation.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to support financial understanding and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and contract management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in data analytics and financial regulations.
