Job Description

We are looking for an experienced District Manager to join CROSSMARK, where you will be in charge of coordinating and overseeing the regional territory of retail service merchandisers. As the District Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers as the primary company contact.
  • Monitor and track project completions within the assigned region, ensuring that all account calls are covered proactively and reactively to meet monthly completion goals.
  • Communicate project expectations and work assignments clearly to retail merchandisers.
  • Address inquiries from the Account Management team promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to resolve issues with Service Representatives and ensure adherence to policies and performance standards.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while maintaining detailed documentation of communication with retail merchandisers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion.
  • Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability to changing schedules and deadlines, and ability to follow instructions diligently.
  • Resourcefulness, assertiveness, attention to detail, high energy, and self-motivation.
  • Proven initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks.
