Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi offers a unique opportunity for current college students to gain real-world experience in managing multi-million dollar businesses. You will work closely with district managers, learning the ropes of store operations and leadership. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity post-graduation.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Shadow store management to understand store operations and present operational areas to executives.
- Assist in administrative tasks, inventory, store resets, and associate performance improvements.
- Collaborate with team members, attend trainings, and maintain professionalism.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
In current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
