Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Learn and understand store operations by shadowing a store manager and/or manager trainee.
- Assist with administrative tasks, store operations policies, and hiring activities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve store conditions and enhance performance.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Education and Experience
In current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field.
