Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at the McDowell Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining the organization of our merchandise. Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Accept donations from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Label items correctly and offer receipts to donors.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture and items.
- Maintain organization in the production room following standards.
- Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Engage in floor care duties and support store operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
