Donation Attendant - PT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join the team at our Greenfield Store located at 4422 E University Dr, Mesa, Arizona. As a Donation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling donations, and ensuring that the store maintains a high-quality brand experience. This role involves receiving donations, labeling items correctly, assisting customers with loading and unloading items, and maintaining the organization of the production room and sales floor.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Accept all donations with excellent customer service.
• Label donations accurately.
• Offer receipts to donors.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain organization in the production room and sales floor.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficiency in English.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
