Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at Union Hills Store in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive experience for donors.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
- Label donations correctly and provide receipts to donors.
- Assist in loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organization.
- Conduct safety inspections and follow safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
