Electrical Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team at P1 Construction, LLC. This position, based in Manhattan, Kansas, offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects nationwide. As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, scheduling, and construction of electrical projects while ensuring compliance with contract documents, budgets, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects and supervise field staff.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and P1 Group staff.
• Lead subordinates according to P1 Group's leadership principles.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or electrical engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet company vehicle operation qualifications.
