Job Description
Caterpillar Inc. is looking for a skilled Electrician Maintenance CNC/PLC for its manufacturing facility in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of our global team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various machine tools and equipment, contributing to the creation of a better and sustainable world.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrically troubleshoot and repair domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines/equipment.
- Operate measurement and feedback systems including Heidenhain and Inductosyn.
Required Qualifications
- State of Wisconsin Electrician License or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical repairs.
- Experience with relay logic and CNC/PLC machines.
- Basic mechanical skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and ladder logic.
- Operational knowledge of basic tools.
- Experience with welding machinery, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controllers.
- Aptitude for team collaboration and overtime work.

- Full-time position with 2nd and 3rd shift availability.
- Hourly rate ranges from $36.83 to $39.17 plus shift differential.
