Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Electrician Maintenance CNC/PLC at Caterpillar Inc.'s South Milwaukee manufacturing facility. Join a global team that values progress, innovation, and community building. This is a full-time position with 2nd and 3rd shift options available.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machine tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled equipment.
- Operate measurement and feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
- License Credential or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of electrical repair experience.
- Experience with relay logic machines and CNC/PLC.
- AC/DC analog and digital drives knowledge.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic.
- Operational knowledge of basic tools.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing welding machinery, variable frequency drives, PLCs, and HVAC equipment.
Additional Information
- Hourly rate ranges from $36.83 to $39.17 plus a $1.00 shift differential.
