2nd and 3rd shift available - Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines/equipment.
• Operate measurement and feedback scales and encoder systems.

Required Qualifications

• License Credential with the State of Wisconsin as an Electrician or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical repair of machine tools and related equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines.
• Experience with AC/DC analog and digital drives.
• Possession of basic mechanical skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret machine electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Ability to operate basic tools.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
• Skilled and experienced with preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Skilled and experienced with welding machinery, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, and HVAC equipment.

• This position is located at the Caterpillar manufacturing facility in South Milwaukee, WI.
• Competitive hourly pay with shift differential.
