Job Description
We are looking for an Epic Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst to join our global organization at UnitedHealth Group. As part of the EHR Services team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare delivery through the power of technology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work on HIM configuration changes and builds, ensuring build quality and timeline adherence.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
- Mentor and provide subject matter expertise to team members.
- Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and enhancements.
- Liaise between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems.
- Provide support during go-lives and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain application-specific training curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic certification in at least TWO areas.
- 5+ years of direct client experience.
- 4+ years of Epic healthcare experience.
- 4+ years of Subject Matter Expertise in relevant applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed Epic CEE for certifications maintenance.
- Knowledge in policies and procedures related to operational functions.
- Leadership skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.

- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and build partnerships.
