Job Description
We are seeking a talented Epic Sr Analyst - Professional Billing to join UnitedHealth Group's EHR Services practice. As an integral member of the team, you will work on Professional Billing configuration, translate user requirements, lead software upgrades, and provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades. Primary Responsibilities
- Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds, ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
- Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives.
- Participate in design sessions, provide application support, and ensure documentation and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain application-specific training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic certification in Professional Billing and/or Claims.
- 4+ years of healthcare and client domain knowledge.
- Experience with full-cycle Epic Implementation on the Professional Billing Team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed Epic CEE for certifications and proficiencies.
- 4+ years of team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
