Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Epic Sr Analyst-Professional Billing to join the Optum team at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, you will work on Professional Billing configuration changes, translate user requirements into functional designs, mentor team members, and ensure successful project execution. As a Clinical Principal Trainer, you will play a vital role in integrating best practices and aligning with EHR Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds.
- Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives.
- Participate in design sessions, provide application support, and ensure system configuration compliance.
- Develop training curriculum and maintain application-specific materials.
- Build strong relationships with end users and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Epic certification in at least one area.
- 4+ years of healthcare experience and relevant domain knowledge.
- Experience with full-cycle Epic implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Epic CEE for certifications.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
