Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family Companies is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic to join our team at the Eagle River Seed Farm in Eagle River, WI. As an Equipment Operator - Mechanic, you will provide maintenance support for various agricultural equipment, including tractors, trucks, and conveyors. In addition to equipment operation, you will be involved in various farm tasks such as snow removal, building maintenance, and potato grading.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and troubleshooting maintenance on agricultural equipment.
• Operate a variety of farm equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to different farm tasks as part of a team effort.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of field/maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• Experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of tools, welding, and basic electrical systems.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to obtain a Pesticide License.
